If you are a Special Student-Limited, please follow these instructions
for registration:
- Register for and complete the Introduction to Online Learning course prior to the term of your intended enrollment.
- Select an online course from the listing of Full Web Courses.
- Contact the faculty member of the online course you wish to take and obtain written permission to enroll. You can find the list of faculty contacts on the Full Web Courses page.
- Observe the registration and payment deadlines in the table below. Payment must be made before your registration is processed.

- Download and complete the SSL Registration form. The SSL Registration form can be found under "FORMS" on this page.
Note: Your Student ID is simply your social security number. If you do not have one, you will need to contact the Office of Records and Registration at 410-614-5060. - Fax the SSL Registration form (with payment information) and faculty permission to the Student Accounts office at 410-614-8633.
- Get your JHED ID from the Registrar's office. You will need your JHED (Johns Hopkins Enterprise Directory) ID in order to pay for your tuition. You will also need to enter your JHED ID into the online course system.
- Make your tuition payment using the Web Pay (https://isis.jhu.edu/sswf/) application.
