Question: The RealPlayer says it can't open the RealAudio file. What should I do?

Answer: Be sure that you are using the RealPlayer 10 (or later) to listen to course lectures. If you're using an earlier version of the RealPlayer (such as the "G2" version), then you will not be able to open or listen to the course audio or video. You can tell if you're using the RealPlayer 10 or later by going to "Help" -> "About RealPlayer" inside the RealPlayer itself.

If you are trying to listen to a LiveTalk broadcast and get the message that the live stream cannot be found, you are most likely trying to listen before the broadcast has actually started or after the broadcast has ended.
